Supplies that have seen the large caps not any small ones soldered at the base of the transformer when seen short out have cooked boards. But simply being low powered will likely see the lights dimm when too large of a load is placed on it.

Since that hasn't been seen you should manage for quite some time. The need for a larger supply if that one is in prime shape is seen when adding drives/devices that then see larger loads on a supply plus see a need for more power connectors there. The larger supplies will have the additional connectors like the 700w supply used here sees 6 plugs for a board that can run 6 sata drives.
