Once you dsable the onboard and item found in the DM you can remove all that since Windows won't be prompting for drivers. Otheriwse that would simply sit on the drive with the NVidia drivers/software being what is actually loaded. The msconfig can be used to disable the ATI startups if you want to leave things intact in case the new card has to returned for some reason.
