At stock speeds 5600+ is slightly faster, but if you plan to overclock I would get E6320

obviouly it will be faster in all aspects. especially gaming id have to say.

very easy with simple instruction, you need an overclocking motherboard.

Check out Overclocking 101.

Jack up the multiplier and increase FSB.

I have the 5600, have not used it yet or overclocked but at stock speeds i agree the 5600+ would be faster but if you overclock go with intel....from what i have seen the 5600 is stock at 2.8Ghz and can only be OC'ed to around 3-3.2Ghz, im not sure what its limits are

The multiplier is locked on those CPU's and can only be decreased.
