Default $400 computer

My parents in desperate need of a new computer. They got a celron 600mhz with 66mhz bus right now. I figure since my parents given me so much over the years that I would make $400 computer for them. I think this would be a major improvement over what they have and will run office and internet well which pretty much all they do.(the computer they have now is even slow in word).

This is the computer I have planned for them.

athlon 64 2800+ $120(I looked around and a pentium that equilvent to this I found costed a good $30 more which makes a difference on a $400 budget which made the choice to go with athlon a easy one)

MSI "K8M Neo-V" motherboard with on board sound, lan and onboard video S3 Unchrome.(my parents have no need for a better graphic card then intergrated) $71

ram 1 512MB pc3200 chip $59
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...150-619&depa=1

western digital 80GB 7200RPM 8mb buffer harddrive $59
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...144-122&depa=1

case with 400watt power $25
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-047&depa=1

NEC floopy $8
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...152-005&depa=1

cdrw/dvd $37
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...106-932&depa=1

Total Cost: $379

Anyone see anything wrong with this computer. I think it will be a big improvement over what my parents have now and pretty good for only $379.

Did not think about it but it a good idear. now that I think about it I dont need to buy a harddrive either. They already have a 80GB one I know because I installed it in that computer like 2 years ago.
