Default PIII 700MHz HELP! Freezes~

When running a game for some time it will freeze... Windows 2k, 128MB RAM... What is the problem??? and when restarted, the power light will just blink, and will not boot.

Need for speed Porsche Unleashed, MonsterTruck Rumble.. and just staying on the desktop... anywhere anytime it will freeze. Even if its just idling... At idle PC Wizard showed temps of 22C.. so I doubt that it wiould be overheating. I have been running a CD memtest86 and hav been getting errors on the RAMs... 3 sticks of 64MB.

hmm...i would think overheating would cause it to keep freezing OR maybe the hard drive is playing up.

But it could be the ram as you said memtest came up with errors.
