Hey all, I was wondering if any of you had any Compaq Armada M700 parts, more specifically HDD, HDD Caddy, RAM, and Battery.

The battery could also be a Prosignia 170 I believe.

And the RAM I think just has to be Compaq PC100 144 PIN SDRAM.

The HDD just has to be compatible with a Compaq Armada M700.

I know it's a long shot but I thought I would try.

so... basically you have the housing, LCD, and motherboard? You'd be better off parting it out on ebay or something, the cost for all the parts you need will likely exceed the cost of a much better laptop.

Thank you already have been looking there.

That is where I disagree with you becuase I added it up and it would be around $130 for all those parts, to get a good basic laptop. (256mb RAM 20GB HDD) now if you can show me a complete laptop for that much I'm listening. But I don't have any more than $130 for this right now.
