Default Wich memory is right for my comp ?

which one of the below is right for my computer ? they both look the same to me.I have a Kingston KVR400/512r in my other slot

They are the same there. You can also simply add a second Kingston KVR400/512r 512mb dimm to avoid any possible incompatibility issues if the timings are different. I suspect the Kingston may also be value not performance memory. But if you are running a single sided dimm you won't be able to add a dual sided one in. You will either have to buy an identical match or replace it when buying new.
