you can't shrink a song, if it's 4 minutes you can't make it 3 or 2, not that i know of anyway.
though you can manually edit the song and remove choruses or verses you won't need to put it to your desired lenght.the only thing you can do is either extend the video to the songs length or cut the song, which will make it unfinished.
i think AUDACITY can help with the job if am not mistaken
