I am putting together a friends comp and his power supply is a hec ACE 580W. I found this 2 pin cord on it and it says nothing about it in the manual and I can't find anything about it online, even newegg doesn't show that cord in their picture.

I am assuming this is my issue on why the computer won't show the boot screen. I have tried the processor, videocard, and HDD all in my computer and they all work great. But his won't even boot, just turns on and remains with a blank screen.
