The cheapest way is to install a video card. You just plug the VCR into the PCI slot and off you go. The cards come with software, and you dont have to buy the most expensive ones. A decent card will run around $50.

not really, most dont - get a AIW card - all in wonder - has tv in and out etc..

Good call, the All In Wonder card is what I meant to get, instead I got ATI's TV WONDER VE .
