wondering whats wrong...

recently internet has been running at only 8mbps and finally back at 100mbps (cable) and looking at the activity now and it says..

Sent : 23,081 and received only 473???

my internet is running like a 1 legged midget in the olympics...

((not fast))

anything to do to fix this?

Turn the router off and wait, for a few min. Then turn it back on. Then stop downloading a lot of porn...
