Default How to disable the frustrating shiftkeys?

When I'm playing a game and I need to hit shift (such as using a melee attack) a bunch of times the stupid shift keys comes up and makes me exit out of my program. It says you hit shift 5 times and do you want to enable shift keys or something to that affect. It is extremely annoying. How do I disable it?

The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.
