Default Freeze

Im not sure if this is the right area to post this but I looked and saw this one fits the best. Anyways, I have 2 user accounts on my computer right now, mine and my families. I want to erase my family user account but every time I try to erase the account by going through "User Accounts" it freezes and locks up. Anyone know why this is or if I can fix this?

Press F8 just before Windows starts loading to enter safe-mode.

Hmm...weird. It doesn't show the account in safe mode. It only shows the "Administrator" and my account.

Try this:
Right Click on My Computer then manage, on the left pane there is users and groups, try if u can delete them from there,
I can't tell you for sure, because currently I am running Windows Home Edition, and I don't has that feature in Home edition....
