no ebay is geeking out and its not showing up for ppl to bid on. so until thats resolved its back on the market 850 shipped overnight.

Arnt you losing money though? Dont you have to make a new 2 year account with ATT and to cancel its something like 600$?

It's 499 for the 4GB and 599 for the 8GB, there is no option to not get a two year agreement. You can't use any of the phones features until you activate it and there is no option to choose no contract, everything is done through iTunes.

if you are cingular or att then you dont need to rebuy a plan or anything you just replace a phone already on you plan. Activating through iTunes works really well because its an apple product

You still have to sign a new two year contract

again, you can use the phone with your current plan. The only thing that costs money is if you CHOOSE to purchase the iPhone package for your plan. It costs $20 per month it includes 200 text messages and unlimited data.

Now can people please stop saying things like they know them when they are only guessing?
