Default would this proccesor work

i currently have a amd 754 3400 and i am thinking of buying this processor http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...127882220&rd=1
and i was wondering whether it would work on my motherboard which is a K8V-MX.

i was also wondering if you could fit a socket 754 M 4000 onto a normal cpu?? cause they have a faster clock rating, thanks
