Make Your Own Game!

Ok my question is.. if you had a chance to make your own game for a pc from skratch and it could be ANYTHING you wanted and about Anything, what would it be about and what would it be called? i will go first

it would be called: Fantasia

and it would be an online game where u can download all different charecters from different games (e.g u could download sonic or agent 47 from hitman) and then u go online where there would be a huge lobby where u will have ur own house kinda like GTA and cars and so on.. You can go to games by driving to certain areas and choosing to join that game like death match,team death match,CTF etc.. While playing the game u earn points which add up. Once enough have been earnt u can drive to the download shop in the lobby and purchase weapons or powers that your charecter uses in the real game for eg hitman could buy the silverballer and upgrade with the silencers and clips etc.. so i guess the obviouse trick to the game would be to find the perfect charecter that will dominate the rest

and thats my game i know there are copyroght laws and reasons it might not work but i did say ANYTHING hehe

Hmm... I'd have to say an online game of the real world... it would be a flight simulator, driving simulator, boat... you'd be able to drive/pilot any vehicle you want around the real world with 3D technology calculated from google earth pics from different angles.

Idk about a name though...

"Planet Earth" or "Transpo" (just sounds cool... based off of "transportation")

damn that sounds awesome and almost possible some day i think id go to italy where i would then drive my F430 conv ferrari around the streets of milan checking out tha models

How about a 70's Monte Carlo with shiny lime green finish cruising down the coast of California

It's getting there... it's totally possible, but the programming involved would be unimaginable, as well as keeping system performance up. Plus downloading info on where EVERYBODY was would be a really tough job, and each player's info would have to be crammed into a file made up of just a few bites, yet be easy to decode for the user's comp.

That will be a game in the days of terahertz and laser-based (optical) internet connections... speed of light = fast

I know about fiber optics, but I saw this 2057 show that was talking about satellites that send out laser signals. I don't think that the world is going to be re-networked with fiber optic cables.

I would envison a game like grand theft auto like ( i mean by that a free world) meant to be explored. like rbxslvr said an aircraft sim and what not. where you could acually do everything .

or........

i would do a game focusing on sports like you know NBA (whatever) Life
i would do it like that were you had to say wait for the big game to come wait till 5 to go to practice and what not something that was real but also gave you the option to sim throught it if you didnt want to do it.

hows that.

I wouldn't necesarily make a new game but improve on existing ones.

For example, the first Kingdom Hearts (shut up Wiggles......[ignore comment])was great but then they ruined the whole storyline with Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 2. I would have omitted CoM and then kept the KH2 game play similar to the first one.
