I think this is a great idea. I never understood why someone would join a Forum just to Post in the off-topic or anything-goes section. Aside from being a member here, I'm also active on UbuntuForums.com, and two car Forums. Active Posts are key to keeping the Forums alive; if someone looking for a problem finds the majority of Posts in the 'whatever' area, they're likely to move to another Forum for help.

How about a "posts with 0 replies" link in the quicklinks?

Or, what about a tag somewhere at the top of the Main Page that will automatically list for Posts with zero replies. I know it's under the advanced search, but something right there in everyone's face might be beneficial as well.
((And I like 7 of 9 better, for the record

))
Also, on a side note, I'd like to see Moderators Post more answers/advice in the general topics, too. I understand that Moderators do just that -moderate- but honestly, I don't see a lot of answers given on the grand scale. There are some exceptions (Cee and Cromwell come to mind instantly, but there are others) and they always Post, but for the whole...just an idea.
Not a flame - don't hate me!
This is by far one of the best computer-help sites I've stumbled across and think this Thread is a great way to keep it as such.
Edit: Actually, I just tried the 'search for zero replies' under Advanced Search and you still need to put in some info on what you're looking on, else it defaults to nothing.
