At that price your probably looking at a 7300GS or an X1650, but the 1650 are crap. So i would get a nVidia 7300GS. Do you want a link?

The x1650 is a poor card compared to the 7600GT, but it's much better than any 7300.

Higher clock speed and memory speed, and GT usually have GDDR3, but GS have GDDR2 memory

All of the GT's are better then the GS models for nVidia, it's just how their numbering scheme works.
