Default External HDD types

Hi.
I'm wondering if SATA2 external HDDs have a slot for USB 2.0 also.
If anyone know, please tell me.
In addition, does anyone know if I can store movies and link it to PMP and watch them?
Thank you.

I beleive it depends on the drive so some probably do have both but I don't use external drives so I can't say for sure.
