Default Intel P4 2.2ghz vs. Intel Celeron 2.8ghz

I have two processors that i don't really care for and im putting in a pc for a friend. Which of the two: Intel P4 2.2ghz or Intel Celeron 2.8ghz socket 478
should i put in his pc?

This pc is just going to be a internet browsing pc and nothing more. I would like to keep the better one.

At the same clock speed Pentium 4 is better

But since the celeron has much higher clock, then I think celeron would be better (but I'm not sure though)

Even though the Celeron is clocked higher, I would go with the Pentium 4. Unless the Celeron has larger cache then the earlier models.
