no men, not a virus but actually an application failure.
It was Acrobat 8 at first that gave me the error "not activated" in order to convert to pdf, i forgot the error code !! then it was followed by my right-click menu being shortened with only "refresh" & "properties" but none of them work.
Start menu didn't respond and when i pressed ctrl+alt+del the screen refreshed and garbled as shown...

That could be due to Microsoft always relying on another product/program to run their stuff.....

I don't think I've ever seen anything like that. I was going to say your fonts are messed up, but then I remembered your post about how it's not just that. It's when you right click, etc.

Jesus Christ that's crazy. It was fixed by a restart, wasn't it?

restart didn't help at all not even safe mode, i actually repaired windows
