Default Big probblem with IBM 380XD

When I turn on the computer this is what greets me:

Quote:
064960 KB OK
173
163
On the next screen it has a picture of a small computer with a padlock next to it.

Information on the two error code can be found here:
http://www.ps-2.org/mirrors/eprm/epr2e/6521.htm

The probblem started when I took the CMOS battery out to check it.
The machine is not password protected. Not 100% sure though.
The hard disk is not password protected.

I just want my computer to work again.

-------------------------------
So I don't type anything in, and I just push enter. The computer shows me a GUI with stating the two error codes above. The computer looks pretty useless now. The HDD won't boot, I can't even load an MS-DOS boot disk. CD-ROM won't boot either. However the only thing that does work is the system utility floppy disk.
When I am prompted for a password after the two error codes come up, I push enter and the floppy automatically loads up. I select:
2. Update system program
And it appears the laptop might be reserected until this stupid f^!#g error message comes up.
Quote:
The system power management is disabled. The process has canceled.
WHYYYYYY!!!! NOOOOOO!!!!
You have no idea of how hard I have tried to get my only laptop to work properly again. Please, oh pretty please can someone supply me with some helpfull information on getting this prick of a thing to work again.
Any help would be fantastic!
