Look at your CPU fan rpm it's at 879. Is it a 60000mm fan or something?
Even a 120mm should be around 1800rpm. I believe those semprons are technically 'ok' to 85C but you should keep them, and any other CPU for that matter, as cool as possible. A new cooler might be in order, or just a new fan on it.

Yea the CPU cooler fan is running way to slow for it being at 56C. Mine slows down to around 700rpms but I have air in the room and the cpu is at 29-30C idle

Yours probably won't have AMD's Cool n' Quiet enabled. I think that is a relatively new technology for both companies. My old Celeron never used to do it. But then again idle was 46C.

Cool & Quite is not the same thing, I have it disabled. Look in your bios to see if you have a CPU fan speed setting depending on your CPU temps. Cool & Quite lowers your CPU voltage and X when your CPU is not working

Your temps are safe. Do as StrangleHold suggested.
