Default Can't make up my mind between 2 Laptops

I can't make up my mind between these 2 laptops. Both seem like a steal for the price. The acer has a faster processor but the toshiba has a massive 220gb hard drive. I'm scarred to death I'm going to make a bad decision on a laptop.

dude get the acer! it looks nice and slimline and the faster proccessor is way better than the bigger hard drive.. the acer comes with a 160gb hard drive and thats HEAPS! u wont fill it unless u put a lot of full feature length movies on it AND it has the built in camera definately the acer

also neither of them specify what type of GPU they have, so incase u want to play some games on it i would enquire as to what GPU they both have before making a decision

I'm computer challenged so of course I don't know what a GPU is lol, but yes I plan on playing games on it, so evidently that's something I need to check out.

o ok sorry, the GPU (graphics Processing Unit) is what processes ur graphics and makes games in turn look good and if u want to play games on a laptop u will want it to have a decent GPU.. maybe if u call the two people selling the laptops and tell us what GPU's each of them have we can tell u which will be the better..

but if u want to play the more graphic intense games ur better off with a desktop

both seemed to be refurbished and did not mention about the graphics so i would assume it is integrated.

ya most likly integrated but may i ask is this gonna be for heavy gaming cause the laptop is mostlikly not able to run many games unless it is like a friggen alienware or dell xps, im not to sure of acer but if you want something more for portability and going on instant message then get a laptop and the acer looks the best but i dont know about the gpus

i found the video card of the acer and yes it is integrated here it is
Graphics Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 Video Memory Up to 224MB (shared)
and toshiba
Type TFT active matrix Graphics Processor Intel GMA 950

they both have the same grapchics card(on board chipset) so i would go for the acer since you get the extra processing speed

i nice fat HDD kicks butT (i wish i had another 120gb), but in the long run a good processor will make your laptop more valuable to you as software gets more power intensive. with an eye on the future, i would go for the one with more brawn (cpu power) than brains (large HDD). good luck and happy buying!
