Default Need Help: Monitor In Standby.

Ok. I have a little bit of a problem. I got this computer not too long ago from and it worked great! I ended up going through bios and I accidently disabled the onboard video, and as soon as I did that, my monitor did not want to turn back on after the restart.

Specs:
2.8ghz CPU, 512mb DDR PC2700 Ram, 40gb HD.

Motherboard: Via VT8237 (atleast to my knowledge - I opened it up and checked the board, found that written on it. I matched it up to the pictures on google. looks identical).

Ok. so here is what I did so far.

- I tried other monitors because I thought the monitor may have burnt out. Didnt work. (the monitor worked in the other computer)
- I tried using an AGP video card and plugging the monitor through that instead of the onboard slot. Didnt work. (tested and worked in the other computer)
- I tried blindly attempting to restore default settings in bios without a monitor... I failed miserably.

Any suggestions? Is there a way for me to factory-reset the CMOS/BIOS without a monitor? hah. o_o;;

... I have no idea what to do. I tried what I did cuz I figured something would work. though I dont have too much of an extensive knowledge when it comes to motherboards and hardware failures.

Check your motherboard manual for some sort of reset jumper. there should be something that will reset the BIOs to their original settings

edit: the mb is not VT8237.. thats the raid I believe. checked. its K8MM-ILSR.

on that note, I did not get the manuals from it. it was a trade-in which I had purchased and planned to upgrade.

google the motherboard number... search the support from the manufacturer.
