my girlfriend has been using her laptop without any antivirus and so consequently has lots of virus' on her computer. However, the laptop barely works now and I can't seem to complete a full scan. Am using spyware doctor and it detects lots of infections but then crashes before I can fix them. Is there any way of clearing the virus' some other way and without wiping the hard drive? I can't really try any other antivirus software because the laptop doesn't function well enough to install anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
