Can someone tell me what the problem is, with my PC? When I'm listening to music, watching a video, or enjoying any other media, about every minute the sound and video will slow down for 2 seconds at a time..

Its not really a real big problem its just annoying as F#@k!... It will go, play ,-----____----. an during the "slow-down" its like going slow motion... Lasts about 2 seconds every minute or so.. Can someone help me on this, Im about to punch my screen in..
