A $800 - $900 list (exclude shipping + tax) should include something like:
E4500 + 2600XT/ 8600GT or 8800GS/HD3850 (depends on budget) + Gigabyte/ MSI P31/P35 MB + 2x1GB RAM + 160GB HDD + DVD burner + 450w-500W PSU + Cheap case + OS + 19" LCD Monitor...
No idea which area of europe are you from, can't have the actually price...
