Default Quick Build check, Final

Okay, I have been waiting for a while and it's time....

Intel E6850 OC'ed to 3.8-4.0Ghz
Corsair XMS2 1066Mhz 2x1Gb
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
Corsair HX520W PSU
Thermalright Ultra Extreme Cooler
EVGA 8800 Ultra Gfx card
2x WD SE16 250Gb RAID 0
Antec P180
2x Samsung DVD+/-RW w/ Lightscribe

I still have my 19" monitor and will be upgrading to a Dell 24" Widescreen around Christmas time....

That processor doesn't come out until the 22nd and will be $266. I don't want the quad, these E6850s will overclock higher. Will someone give me a ram=mobo check?
