Default rate my upgrade

im currently running a celeron d 360 @ 3.46ghz with 1500mb 4200ddr2 ram and a radeon x300se 256shared mb. slowly upgrading my abymal 200 dollar emachine part by part

thinking of going with this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813188017

and this cpu

the vid card will be changed to something pcie with 256 ded memory later, and ill add more ram soon, probably another 2 gigs

what do yall think of the mobo/cpu setup? im not into anything too demanding games wise, mainly wow and HL2 with a bit of F.E.A.R. now and then. but bf2 looks pretty nice, might have to give that a try
