Default search by date?

In windows 98, i used to go to start, find, files or folders, date, find all files /modified, between {the date} and gothrough all files that were used / added during each session. and see what was added, and what i can delete.

How do i do this in vista?

not sure if its exactly what ur looking for, but you could just go to search and then go to advanced search. It lets you choose a before nad after date
