Default System Builders version of Vista

What exactly do I need for the system builders version? I have a custom computer running XP now... will that work?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116215

can someone explain to me what System Builder's version is?

Can normal Ultimate be transfered to another computer once it has been installed on one? (If you deactivate the first)

(If so, I'm getting that).

Yes but can only be on one at a time. I am not for sure but I think Vista has a limit on how many times you can though.

I've been told that you can activate it as many times as you want... but after the first 3, you have to call some toll-free number to get a new activation code... but it may be different for transferring. I probably won't even transfer... only large hardware upgrades that sometimes count as new computers (in the eyes of the OS install)

I may-or-may-not have done that before with XP... <shifty eyes>

"Bob" in India does not really care though... no offense, but those outsourced people are pretty hard to understand.

Ok... how about this.

I get Vista Ultimate upgrade from XP... good so far. But can I upgrade from 32-bit XP to 64 bit Vista?
