Does anyone know of any good video capture programs? I am hooking my Wii up to my tv tuner to play on my computer. All I need now is a good (free) video capture program that you can actually view in full screen while playing. Can anyone recommend any?

Videohelp.com might be a great place to look. I still just use the software that came with my WinTV as I don't do much capturing, but I have seen some pretty nice apps.
