1. Open up your case
2. Look for the AGP slot, longer slot than PCI one. (mine is near the bottom of the motherboard) 3. If you have something blocking the slot, unscrew it. (I had a small piece of metal.) 4. Slide the card into the slot, make sure its firm. 5. Screw the card in with the screw you took out from the blocking thing. |

Maybe someone can explain how an AGP slot is different size vs a PCI slot? If anything the AGP should be taller (from mobo to top of socket)

Well the card I got now is in the right slot so I will just yank it out and bung the new one in. Knowing me though I will probably take out some ram or something (if that is even possible) I would not know becasue I have never opened my computer
