Hey guys I'm new here so Hi.
Well i just reformated my computer and its all working fine just that when I restart the computer It takes a bit longer to load the BIOS i guess and it Asks me Whether I want to use the windows XP media center edition which i had always use or use Windows XP profesional i always pick the media center edition but this is kind of annoying i got to do it every single time i restart the computer. Is there any way to disable this options and just automacticly use media center? |

It sounds like you are dual-booting XP Media Center Edition and XP Professional.
If that is indeed the case, to make the changes you want do the following: Right-click My Computer and choose Properties Select the Advanced tab Under the Startup and Recovery section press the Settings button In the drop-down box choose your Default Operating System (Media Center Edition) If you never boot into XP Professional, and don't plan on it in the future uncheck the Time to display list of operating systems option or Set the value of that option to 1 second, so that you can still choose between them if you want, but the default boot will be fast.
