Why my wireless doesn't work?

Can anyone explain to me why my wireless internet doesn't quite work?

I have a Westel Model 327w router. I can connect to the Internet...shows the connection, but cannot access the Internet (browse the web etc).

No firewall is on in the router...
What is the problem?

perhpas it's because you're using a westell 327w, i personally have had 3 of them, all of them went bad. But anyway, can you connect to the internet through it if you connect with a wire instead of wirelessly. This will pinpoint if it's the internet connection or something to do with the wireless network.

Some ISPs require you to clone the MAC address of your computer for your router.
