Default Java Errors

When try to open a site that runs something using java I get this error and if I try reloading the page I get this one .

Also if I click on " Sun Java Console" on the tools menu the browser simply closes or if I had tried visiting a site that uses java I get the second error message instead of it closing itself.

I tried reinstalling java and everything but it didn't help at all, in fact before reinstalling it all it used to do was close the browser and nothing else.

Is there a way to fix this?

Now things have changed, every time I get to a site that runs a Java applet IE just closes without any error message, it does not count as a crash or anything since IE7pro does not prompts to restore from the crash
