Default Really dumb question...

Alright, so if I purchase a Lite-on DVD burner, it needs to be retail if I want to have Nero with it or can it also be OEM ?

Oem will usually have burning software with it. But as far as the stand alone version of Nero, it can be either retail or Oem.

I actually prefer Lite-on. I haven't had any problems with the ones I have owned.

Owned Lite-on cd's and burners. Can't say anything bad about them.
