problem in my asdl connection

hi i am working in a small office and currently i am facing the problem of having my asdl connection slowing down during afternoon time , i was wondering could it be because of downloading that causes the speed of my asdl to be slow? And also does connecting to online game website take up alot of the speed of my asdl connection !!!!! pls help thanks alot to all ppl here ................

if u are running too many applications utilising the internet, ur adsl speed will slow down.
