Need expert’s help

Little wrong section, but not sure how to move it...
Anyway, the keyboard on my laptop started to write different letters or numbers than I was typing (ex. typed “h” – it wrote “a” etc.). Than after couple of days the keyboard stopped to respond at all. The mouse works, but no keyboard. Not any key or letter responds, like shooting blanks… Any clues to what could have happened?

all driver and everything are installed..............

Yes, all there the way it was when it worked, just before it happened
