Default S939 motherboard problem!

Been a while, i know.

Problem is, my Asus A8N5X is giving me a CHECKSUM error/CMOS cleared error every time I start my computer up. Seriously, no matter what- every different configuration of RAM, PCI cards, HDDs, CD drives, etc. I'm afraid it's dead. Can I get a new BIOS? I have looked on Newegg, and they only have one socket 939 board left, and it's not one I want to get.

If anyone knows of a site that has a good socket 939 board (nForce 4, PCI-eX16, SATA II, 4X DDR400 slots, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated, as well as anyone with a good used one in working condition. Until I get a new motherboard, I have no computer (as well as my family) and if I can't find a new mobo, then I pretty much have to buy a completely new computer.

Thanks!
