I dunno why you say it barely runs XP home. My 560MHz pentium and 533 celeron runs them absolutely fine. and both have less than 256MB ram. I suggest you either reformat, or build another system.

My brothers are working on getting they're stuff backed up for a reformat. The HD is pretty full so that might be part of the problem. Thanks for the help!
