exactly lucky it was only a few days after it arrived.

i rang up komplett, the company i bought it from, told them it arrived.
i opened it, plugged it in, and nothing worked.

they sent a courier to pick it up.
5 days later i got an e-mail saying the card is damaged and a replacement is on its way.
