how much will i be able to oc an amd 64 3400+ core:clawhammer with kingwin heatsink and fan?

Nobody can tell you an exact figure. It depends on the rest of your hardware. Basically, it's trial and error. I have the 3400+ Newcastle and have it overclocked to 2.64GHz. That's my limitation with my video card.

Every processor is different too - slight variations will either help or hinder how far you will be able to overclock.

Motherboard, videocard, ram all play a heavy part in overclocking. Remember - voltage kills!
