Default cpu overclock

if u overclock ur cpu bit by bit then it becomes unstable woudl there be any damage to your computer any shape or form

depends on how unstable, example if you set the voltage to 5 volts yes, or even 2.7 volts, or if you over volted your ram...unstability is usually a sign of not enough voltage so i think you may be okay

Just increase the frequensys in 5Mhz or smaller steps until you find the limits for your hardware and you should be fine.

Not that I've got any clue what hardware ya running..
