I dont know if this is posted in the right topic thing but I just recently got rogers highspeed internet and the modem they gave me is a Webstar DPX 2100. anyways the local area connection 3 says limited or no connectivity. I want to know how to fix it or get rid of it

Are you in Canada ?
Is this cable broadband ? Have you tried calling their tech support ? turn everything off turn on the modem, see if it has a reset push in the reset button and hold in,,,,, if there is one >>>> wait a few minutes after either turning on / resetting the modem b4 connect to pc <<<<<<< when you connect the cat5 cable from the modem to the pc, does a light come on on both the pc and the modem ? are you sure your account has been activated ?
