mrdave100 New Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 1	Disk Controller Failure 1782 Hey everyone, I installed a second CD-rom in my Compaq and now I get the error message Disk Controller Failure 1782. It gives me the options of F1 for boot and F10 for Setup. If I press F1 windows loads and my machine works fine. Whats the reason for the error message?
