Like blue led fans? http://www.xpcgear.com/cf108.html Besides the Logisys product there there have been a good number of 3rd party coolers both AGP as well as PCI and PCI-Express available for some time now. Browse the cooling accessories available at different vendors to get ideas. One place with a good selection for different card types is seen at http://www.coolerguys.com/videocooler.html

You should be able to find something you like in favorable price range by simply shopping around a little. Just remember to see what cards a cooler is suited for by looking over the product information.

Zalman and ThermalTake there have some good models at the second link. What make and model card are you running? That can be big help when going to choice the best in a certain price range.
