Default help me find a desktop

want to buydesktop but dont know what to buy sumone recommend a good desktop with specifications,reason why its nice, and price

i will probably use it for homework,instant messaging,starcraft,and the usual


i normally dont want to use past $2000

or a nice laptop

Are you willing to build it yourself or you mean u want a pre-built machine ?

As I understand it, u want to do mild gaming on it ?

Yeah with starcraft i guess you could consider that mild. As Kilauea said are you will to build. If this is your first build dont worry people say how it is really hard and everything but really its quite fun and entertaining. If your wondering how to build then just read the stickies right here on the forum. Also the people at Computer Forum including myself would be delighted to help you rite guys?
