How many sticks of ram do you have inside your computer?

This is assuming you have 2

Try removing one, If still does it, Remove that one, replace with one you pulled out before

Due to a faulty motherbored, I only have one stick. but ill trade it out with the other one i had for the other slot. give me a sec

ok. make sure it is the right kind. if you dont have one try a memory tester. i think it is calles memory86 run it for like 12 hr.

I tryed the other stick and got into safe mode. device manager looks good but could this be another MB issue? I already know one slot doesnt work. It would just randomly restart sometimes when i had them both in. I started using only the good slot and had no issues till now.

Sounds like you now have a Faulty stick of ram

And your Motherboard sounds too be causing it.

Run your computer on the one stick of Good ram and see if windows will boot ok.

well i got the other stick now and its doing the same thing. what do I should do next?


scrach that it worked but it took a good long time to do so.

I think so too. I was wrong about it working also. it went to the blue screen error. so since its not working with even the good stick think it is yes, the mother bored.
